These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of YESPYQ at yespyq.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
YESPYQ provides practice material for previous year questions across multiple exams, including UPSC Civil Services Prelims, JEE, NEET, SSC CGL, Defence exams and school Boards. Content on the Site is primarily single-correct multiple-choice questions. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial study purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
2. PYQ Pass and payments
You can browse questions on YESPYQ without an account. A one-time PYQ Pass payment unlocks answers, explanations and full practice features (including quizzes and related premium tools) for 12 months from the date of payment. PYQ Pass requires signing in with Google. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; YESPYQ does not store your card, UPI or bank details. Access ends at the end of the 12-month period unless renewed. Renewing before expiry extends your existing access rather than restarting it. Payments are for digital access delivered upon purchase and are, save as required by law, non-refundable once PYQ Pass access has been granted. 3. No guarantee of results
YESPYQ is a study aid. We do not guarantee any particular exam outcome, rank or score. Your results depend on many factors beyond this Site.
4. Accuracy of content
We work to keep questions, answer keys and explanations accurate, but content is provided "as is" and may contain errors or become outdated. Always cross-verify important facts with official sources and standard references. If you find an error, please report it.
5. Intellectual property
The YESPYQ name, design, original explanations and compilation are the property of YESPYQ. Examination questions referenced for educational purposes remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or redistribute the Site's content for commercial purposes without permission.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YESPYQ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
8. Affiliation disclaimer
YESPYQ is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by UPSC, NTA, SSC, IBPS or any other government examination body. See our full disclaimer.
9. Content standards
YESPYQ is an educational exam-prep site. We publish previous year questions and study material only. The Site does not host or promote:
- Profane, abusive or obscene language outside of authentic exam text
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content
- Hate speech, communal incitement, or content that attacks people for their religion, caste, gender or identity
Authentic exam questions may mention historical, cultural or religious topics in an academic context (for example UPSC history or polity PYQs). That educational use is allowed; advocacy of hatred or violence is not. If you find content that breaks these standards, email teamyespyq@gmail.com and we will review it promptly.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
