These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of YESPYQ at yespyq.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

YESPYQ provides practice material for previous year questions across multiple exams, including UPSC Civil Services, JEE, NEET, SSC and Defence exams. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial study purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Premium plan and payments

A free preview of each exam's questions is available without an account. A one-time Premium payment unlocks the complete question bank, every explanation and unlimited quizzes for 12 months from the date of payment. Premium requires signing in with Google; payments are processed securely by Razorpay, and YESPYQ does not store your card or payment details. Access automatically ends at the end of the 12-month period unless renewed. Renewing before expiry extends your existing access rather than restarting it. Payments are for digital access already delivered upon purchase and are, save as required by law, non-refundable once Premium access has been granted.

3. No guarantee of results

YESPYQ is a study aid. We do not guarantee any particular exam outcome, rank or score. Your results depend on many factors beyond this Site.

4. Accuracy of content

We work to keep questions, answer keys and explanations accurate, but content is provided "as is" and may contain errors or become outdated. Always cross-verify important facts with official sources and standard references. If you find an error, please report it.

5. Intellectual property

The YESPYQ name, design, original explanations and compilation are the property of YESPYQ. Examination questions referenced for educational purposes remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or redistribute the Site's content for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YESPYQ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

8. Affiliation disclaimer

YESPYQ is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by UPSC, NTA, SSC, IBPS or any other government examination body. See our full disclaimer.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
