This Privacy Policy explains how YESPYQ ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use yespyq.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

You can browse a free preview of YESPYQ's questions without creating an account. Unlocking Premium requires signing in with Google, which involves sharing some information with us.

  • Account information: If you sign in with Google to unlock Premium, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google, via our authentication provider, Supabase.
  • Payment information: Payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of your payment (amount, date, a payment/order reference) but never see or store your card, UPI or bank details — those are handled entirely by Razorpay.
  • Account activity: For signed-in users, we record sign-in events, approximate device/browser information (user agent), and time spent on the Site, to keep your Premium access working correctly and to understand product usage.
  • Usage data: Like most websites, we collect analytics on pages visited and features used — including for visitors who are not signed in, identified only by an anonymous device-level identifier stored in your browser, not by your real identity — to understand how the Site is used and improve it.
  • Local storage: Your browser stores progress, streaks, preferences and your sign-in session locally on your device.
  • Information you send us: If you email us (for example, to report a question error), we receive the contents of that message and your email address.

2. Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure traffic and usage trends. Google Analytics may set cookies and process data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. This data is used in aggregate and does not personally identify you. You can disable cookies in your browser settings or use the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on.

3. Third-party services

The Site is hosted on third-party infrastructure and may serve assets via content delivery networks. Sign-in and account data are stored with Supabase; payments are processed by Razorpay. These providers may process limited technical data (such as IP address) as part of delivering the Site and processing payments securely, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

4. How we use information

  • To operate, maintain and improve the Site and its content.
  • To create and maintain your Premium access, including tracking your plan's validity period.
  • To understand which exams, subjects and features are most useful to learners.
  • To respond to messages you send us.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Children's privacy

YESPYQ is intended for exam aspirants, generally adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Your choices

You can browse the free preview of YESPYQ without providing personal information, clear local storage from your browser at any time, opt out of analytics cookies as described above, and sign out of your account at any time from the account menu. To request deletion of your account data, email us using the contact details below.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
